She holds a bachelor degree in Law from the Universidade São Judas Tadeu, with a career developed in the area of Corporate Law and a strong presence in the routines of drafting and reviewing corporate documents, monitoring processes and major corporate reorganizations, such as: mergers, incorporations, spin-offs and acquisitions, involving foreign and domestic participation. Responsible for managing the operational team, always seeking to guarantee customized service for each client.
