Ramon holds a bachelor degree in Law and a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, he is an executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy in legal aspects and in the management of foreign-owned companies in Brazil. His responsibilities include promoting new business and legal procedures, establishing Brazilian companies, branches and subsidiaries. Creation of a marketing and strategy plan to attract new clients; consolidation of internal control and compliance management. Responsible for planning and conducting operations outside Brazil and the expansion strategy.
