Ramon Fernandez Aracil Filho, partner at Mourão Campos, participated in the webinar held on October 5, sponsored by the Brazil-Germany Chamber of São Paulo with the theme “Civil Liability in the Various Fields of Law: Implication of Legal Representatives for the Incident of Legal Personality Disregard".
At the event, the issue of the foreign investors and managers’ responsibility during the implementation of their projects in Brazil was discussed, as well as the most significant aspects of existing risks and ways to mitigate them.
